The app is installed and the icon is there, but opening it leaves a blank white or black screen, or it loads forever.
This is almost always a network issue, not the app. Malaysian telcos — Maxis, Celcom, Digi, Unifi, Time — block certain domains at the DNS level. The app cannot reach the game server, so the screen stays empty.
If that did not work
If it is still white after switching DNS: swap from WiFi to mobile data (or the reverse) and try again — sometimes only one network is blocked. If both fail, your build is probably outdated; uninstall and reinstall v2.4.1 from this portal.
